I have a room for rent in the Windsor area walking distance to shopping center and 405 Fwy. There are 3 rooms in the house, my son UC Long Beach student is living in one room and l am renting the room next to his room. Bathroom will be share with my son. I stay in the master bedroom and l have my own bathroom. I'm looking for a single male or female full time worker or full time student. No drugs or alcohol in the house. Water, electricity and Internet are paid. You will fill a rental application and after that a rental/ lease agreement.
