We are planning to provide all new stainless appliances prior to move-in I would also like to add that Brooks Residential Properties is owned and operated by myself, Elana Brooks, and a small team of maintenance and management staff. It is our goal to provide a high-quality, unique place for you to call home, as well as prompt and thorough assistance when called upon. Rent is $1,150 per month. Water, pest and yard maintenance is included in rent. The lease term is for 12 months. We expect first month's rent and the security deposit to be paid upon the signing of the lease. Background checks are required as well as a completed application. There is a $50 dollar application non-refundable application fee. Pets are allowed. There is a $125 deposit per cat /smaller dog (not to exceed 3 in total), and $250 for every dog over 45lbs. These deposits are non-refundable. The total number of animals permitted in each unit cannot exceed 3 without special written permission from the landlord. The deposit will be waived for service animals. Utilities are not included. Proof of renters insurance is required within 30 days of the start of the lease.
