This is a spacious room in a comfortable and large house located between Round Rock and Pflugerville. It's about 10 minutes to Downtown Round Rock, 15 minutes to Northwest Austin and 25 minutes to Downtown Austin. This room shares a Jack n Jill bathroom with another room. We pay for the internet, cable, trash and waste water. All tenants share the electricity and water costs. Tenants typically pay about about $65 a month for electricity and water. It may be less in cooler months and more in hotter months. All our tenants are expected to do their share to keep the house clean. I make a cleaning chart for everyone to take turns to clean the public areas. Everyone has done a good job keeping the house clean. This will be an ideal place for someone who is in transition. The contract will be a month-to-month contract. The house will be put up for sale later this year, but even after it's put in the market, it's likely that it will be another two to three months before it's sold. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
