This house was fully remodeled in 2009 with new wood floors, paint, countertops, tile, entrance door, tile shower and many more things. In 2012 we had a new roof installed as well as upgraded the attic ventilation. In addition to the house remodel there was an addition to the property with a 30X30 two bay workshop with 10ft ceilings and a 8 person Storm Shelter installed.
