This property is located right off of the intersection of Medary Ave. and 6th St. in Brookings SD and will be available mid - October. It is only a few blocks from the campus of South Dakota State University. The location of this unit would be great for a college student, a couple just starting out, or someone looking to be located in the middle of the city of Brookings. There are steps to access the unit so please keep that in mind. This unit has radiant water heat and window AC. Utilities are included in the rental price at this time. We will allow 1 - 2 cats in the unit with additional pet rent, but are not able to allow dogs due to the steps and having such a small yard for them. Currently at this time their is not laundry in the unit. This is something we are looking at to see if we can add something to the unit we own next door. Owner / landlord would ask tenant to sign a year lease. The security deposit is one months' rent and the pet deposit is $250.00. Both are refundable if the tenant returns the unit to the landlord in the same condition it was upon move in. Pet rent is $50.00 per month and $25.00 for each additional pet. At this time all utilities are included in the rent. Landlord is responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
