This home was purchased by me in 1996 and I am still the owner of it. Zillow states the house has been sold in 2003, which is untrue and we have made many upgrades to the interior and exterior. We have gutted our kitchen and put in granite counter tops, added stainless appliances and custom made wood cabinets. In the back yard, we have added a custom made stained cedar wood pergola and pavers to make a large back deck, pathway and rounded paved area which has an inground fire pit. We have resided the exterior with a Royal Select siding and stone accents.
