Enter through the back door using the keyless entry keypad and feel at home in this beautifully appointed space. Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a large, open-concept, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living area with high ceilings. The comfy living space is perfect for gathering, featuring a large 67-inch TV and a game system for the kiddos. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare the largest of meals. A dining table seats 12 people, while the kitchen bar offers plenty of seating. The main level front room features a cozy sitting room with a futon, elegantly decorated and inviting you to bask in the natural light. The large laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with other essentials. Each house offers on-site private parking for two vehicles. We provide two towel sets per bedroom, with more available upon request for a linen rental fee. Beach equipment and bikes are not included, but we offer concierge rentals that will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. Baby equipment rentals are also available if needed. This property is in the heart of Virginia Beach, within walking distance to the best restaurants, nightlife, and live entertainment. The Sports Center and the Virginia Beach Convention Center are also nearby.
