The house is real cozy/comfortable as you walk in the door. The back yard is mostly garden and no chemicals have been used for many years. There is a hot tub on what used to be a dog kennel but my dog runs loose in the back yard. The two garages are real nice, I have a wood shop in one and store my bike and mower and snow blower in it and the truck fits in the other one. I've planted some pear trees, let a maple grow from seed and another I transplanted from the front yard. The front yard is about a 10 minute mow with two trees and some plants along the house. Tulips come up in the spring along the walk and tons of other plants and flowers and veggies too many to mention. I'm moving to Omaha if you're wondering why I'm selling. Thanks for looking. Neighborhood Description My block is a very secure neighborhood with great peopl on both sides. There is a mix of young and old, some have lived there all their lives, some are young and just starting families. The houses are old with alot of character. Most were built by the German/Russian community that lived in this area and are holding up very well. Most have the original wood floors like mine both upstairs and down, including the closets. I've lived in this area for 7 years and haven't had a problem with crime of any kind. I am single and the house is just too big for me since the roommate has moved out. I do rent, there is a room in the basement and there is a shower, toilete, sink and the washer and dryer are down there.
