Sundance Cabin is located in the Cabins of Birch Hollow community, offering 300 acres of private property with developed hiking trails. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, standard coffee pot, blender, microwave, private hot tub, charcoal grill, outdoor fire pit, Firestick TV, free Wi-Fi, indoor gas fireplace, patio furniture, outdoor dining area, in-unit laundry facilities, and much more. The cabin features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is one full bathroom, and fresh linens and towels are provided. Essential starter packs are included to make your stay easier, which include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, laundry pods, trash bags, and a sponge. Limited parking is available, and vehicles exceeding two should park at the local park and ride and carpool to the cabin. Dogs are permitted with an additional $50 fee, with a maximum of two allowed. Dogs need to be crated if left at the property alone. There is camera surveillance with one camera mounted on the left side of the porch facing the driveway barn. Other camera surveillance in Birch Hollow exists at Brookside, where there are two cameras in the yard on the pole facing opposite directions at incoming and outgoing traffic, as well as one camera on the porch facing the other two cameras on the pole in the yard. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. No smoking is allowed inside, only outside. No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. Must be at least 18 years old to book. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Photo ID may be required upon check-in. The cabin is in a heavily wooded area, and occasionally guests may experience weather conditions or power outages that are out of the host's control. The hosts will do all they can to assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. The owners make every effort to keep the hot tubs functioning perfectly, as they are the most requested amenity. However, mechanical problems may occur that cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area, and no refunds are made if this occurs.
