We have a large bedroom at the front of the house with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser with mirror, private bathroom with shower, and plenty of storage space! Include a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and table with chair to eat at or do your work. Access to shared swimming pool around the back and plenty of chairs to sit and soak up the Sun! We are renting our Master Bedroom, preferably yearly, but will accept monthly as well, Owners discretion. Monthly rent is $1200, plus $150 per month for utilities,(includes- electric, water and wifi), No smoking in or around our home, There is a park not far along with many restaurants within walking distance where you can smoke, There is a HOA in our community, no noise between 7pm and 8am, No load music at anytime, no pets, no vehicle repairs allowed at any time, no additional persons allowed in home, pool or on property without owners approval, only tenants are able to stay overnight, no guests allowed overnight, security cameras are present.
