General Requirements A separate rental application and government issued photo ID is required for each applicant over 18 years All occupants over 18 years will be Lessees Date of birth is required for all minors Completed rental application and application fee(s) are required to rent Once approved, applicants must pay a holding deposit and sign a holding deposit agreement Income Requirement Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income equal to or greater than 3 times the monthly rent or as an alternative pre-pay six-months rent in advance prior to taking occupancy of the premises All types of income are accepted as long as they are verifiable. Bank statements are not an acceptable form of income verification.
