Up for rent is a duplex with 2 bedroom 1 bath with full unfinished basement. We replaced all the flooring and repainted the bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen and replaced all the blinds. Sorry didn't replace the countertop. - One year lease - Landlord pays for water and garbage, up to $100, if it exceeds $100 tenant will be charged extra for that month - Tenant is responsible for Ameren and any cable/internet costs - Absolutely NO pets!! - NO smoking in building!! Any smoking is to be done 15 feet from entry doors. - Rent is due on the 1st of the month - $5/day fee for late rent - $25/day fee if there is a pet on the premises and immediate eviction unless pet is removed - Must show proof of renters insurance - Tenant responsible for mowing and snow removal. We charge $150/month during mowing season if we mow.
