So, its convenient to get places in and around CB; I work in LaVista and am able to get there in less than 20 minutes as I-80 is only 2 minutes away. On a good day I can catch a fish at Manawa 5 minutes after leaving the house ;-) We cover yard work and snow removal, etc. We dont allow pets, and were fine with Section 8 applicants. Lease term is one year. Deposit equivalent to one months rent is required, half due at lease signing with the other half to be paid with second months rent. New window AC unit is provided. The place is huge, and we barely use the first floor in which we live. We're friendly, reasonable people that are easy to get along with.
