What so great about this place? (Furnished, includes utilities) No one on the other side of your walls, floor or ceiling in case you don't share their taste in music. Whenever I have had to rent there is always at least one (como se llama?) Find peace on the balcony or next to the wood burning Kiva fireplace in the living room or the gas fireplace in the master suite or the private back deck. And adding to your peace is the in-floor, radiant heating. (personally I find most forced air furnaces to be very un-peaceful and dusty). The full sized, clean, quite new washer and dryer are not shared, not down-the-hall, not in-the basement but in your unit. Is the kitchen tiny with ancient appliances? No. It is huge with a wonderful gas range, full sized refrigerator and ready to start cooking and eating. Loads of storage to minimize your trips to the store (which is two blocks away). There are dozens of restaurants and bars within a short walk. And why wouldn't there be, you're very close to the heart of Santa Fe, the Plaza. And a major grocery store close by. Having been a renter myself I always disliked having to arrange for the different utilities and track paying for them. That hassle will not be suffered by you as I provide the basic utilities in the lease. I think you'll find it very comfortable. Here are some details. Two story, very private, stand-alone house (not apartment), nicely furnished, basic utilities included in a great neighborhood about 10 minute walk to the Plaza. Wood floor on the second level. No carpet in unit. Radiant heating (not forced air) for comfort and quiet. Basic utilities are included. (client will pay own media subscriptions) Wonderful full sized kitchen (furnished) with full sized appliances including a gas stove/oven great for the chef in you. Also granite counter, dishwasher and new fridge. Private deck in backyard and a second floor private balcony off the bedroom. Full sized walk-in closet. The Washer and Dryer are clean, newer and full sized. Plasma TV, Blu-ray/DVD/CD player, amp in the living room. Off street parking for 2-3 vehicles. All the previous renters have loved living here. Not often available as most renters stay for years. The owner will pay reasonable utilities. This includes gas, electricity, water, sewer and basic internet.
