Tenant pays their own electric, heat, water/sewer, and internet. The rent is $1000/month rent. Cats allowed with pet rental of $30/month for 1 cat or $50/month for 2. Security deposit is 1 month rent. Available for occupancy in early August. Should you wish to apply, we use a 3rd party for background/credit checks. The cost is $25/adult.
