The flooring and wall tile in entire home are spectacular. Living room floor is teak. Windows are replaced-Pella and Gilkey. The huge pantry in lower level is plumbed for full bath. Large rec room in lower level has wet bar and full wall bookcase. Extra large utility room allowing for folding table etc. This home can be summed-up by the owner's comment. She said that when she comes home, she feels like she is walking into a great big hug.
