Walk to restaurants, parks, and the water! This apartment is located on our property on top of our detached garage. It is accessed through the alley and has a private entrance within our back patio. While it is a sperate building we will have a few shared spaces and so it will be important to ensure anyone living in the apartment is a good fit with our family. In addition, it is important to note that we do have a dog on the property, though she is rarely/never left outside without supervision. She is a quiet, friendly dog who loves all people. Other Lease Terms: * Renter is responsible for all utilities except internet. The apartment is set-up to be a separate dwelling with the City of Kirkland for utilities. * Laundry unit is located in the garage below the apartment and is for the renter use. * No smoking, or recreational drugs are allowed in the unit or outside. * We request that the renter agrees to quite hours between 9pm and 7am, meaning no loud music or large gatherings outside of unit during these times. We understand there can be occasions where an exception needs to be made with agreement of both parties (renter and owner). * Renter has their own mailbox though any packages being delivered likely should be addressed to the main house as delivery teams have challenges finding the apartment in the alley. * We believe that this space is best suited to an individual and not a couple or family. * We are open to 6 month or 1 year leases.
