As you make your way through the home, you will gain a sense of the time during which the home was built, and also garner an appreciation for how well-kept it is. Built in 1903, this original site was a tent-site, utilized by early settlers of Pacific Grove. Located on a corner-lot, approaching the front door, you witness a very small entry mud-room for your shoes and coats. We hope you feel the warmth of the previously mentioned Victorian fireplace insert surrounded by two electric recliner/rockers and a well placed breakfast nook off of the kitchen. Off to the left of the entry and dining/living space are two wooden French Doors, which open up into the family room with ample seating for calm gatherings, and a SMART television. If we walk outside to the patio, you will see a side-door entrance to the garage, which can house an average-sized vehicle, as well as a separate laundry space encompassing a washing machine and dryer, for your convenience. As we leave the garage and walk to the drive-way side of the home perpendicular to Junipero Avenue, we find the stairwell leading to the second floor living quarters, which is rented separately.
