If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the apartment or building. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced.
