Two bedroom/two bathroom family home available for month to month beginning August 1. Price includes utilities, internet, and yard maintenance. The furnished house includes a recently renovated kitchen, an office nook, and a huge yard space that includes a seating area, a gas grill, a rain garden, and fruit trees. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and closet (the master bedroom has a walk-in closet). The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a twin sized bed. We are able to provide a queen-sized air mattress, if needed. We can look into getting a permanent queen sized bed for longer term stays. The bedrooms are also independent, so you will not disturb anyone walking through the house. We are on a quiet and friendly street, right next to the Greenway and Bayou St. John and walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores, the farmers' market, and playgrounds (French Truck, Parkway Po' Boys, Smoke & Honey/Coffee Science, Bayou Beer Garden, Flour Moon Bagels, Whole Foods, Rouses, and many more!). You can also easily bike to City Park and the French Quarter. Longer term stays of 3 months or more are preferred, for maximum of one year. The property will not be available for rent after June 30, 2025. Non-refundable pet fee: $250 Cleaning fee: $150 Water, gas, electricity, internet included in price. House trained dogs under 50lbs welcome. No smoking on the property.
