Located on the East side of town off Fairview Road. Our house is newly remodeled. It does have a third room that can act as another bedroom but has no closet. The master closet is very small as is guest room closet. If it were me I would make the third bedroom into a closet, hence listing our place as 2 bedrooms. Our house is super cute with an open kitchen dining and living room. It offers a study in the middle of the house that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Its actually a very spacious house considering its under 1400 sq ft. Large kitchen!! Great back porch and covered front porch. Beautiful yard (that you need to mow or we can have it done for you at an additional $300 per month in season). Utilities are included (Internet, cable, water and electric) provided its not abused. We are strictly no pet. Im sorry, we love animals but we are serious about a no pet policy unless it's a fish. Thanks for understanding. OK so.. Our places completely ready, turn key. Literally, pack a bag and hit the grocery store.. Finally, we have an apartment downstairs (TOTALLY separate) that we will keep on short term rental market or may long term rent it as well. If we keep on short term, you will be informed when people are coming ahead of time. We are respectful of our tenants privacy and space. We rent in Charleston SC and we get it!! If your interested, we would love to hear from you.. We are super choosy of our tenants. We are looking for professionals, quiet, responsible, respectful.. We really aren't interested in students partying a bunch etc.. No realtors need to contact us on a business side of things. No sales crap please. NO Pets. NO Scams.
