    The waterheater has decided to go on the fritz, and don't have the time to deal with fixing it. I will probably find time in March/April and then I will put the price back to 65k. The house is now listed over 11k below what my last appraisal was 2 years ago so the price is firm. This unique two bedroom 1 bath home Located at 518 S Walnut in Stockton KS would make a nice retirement home, hunting lodge, or 2nd home. Stockton is in a great location being right in the middle of a number of lakes with lots of walk in hunting ground and fishing areas. It is an energy efficient home and is cheap to heat and cool. The home is also setup for heated floors with all the tubing installed, but I never purchased the unit to actually hook it up. It also features a large bathroom, with lots of extra space to move around. There is a mower shed out back with a concrete floor, and more than enough room to build a nice shop/gauge if one is wanted in the future.   If you have any questions, would like to see the place, or make an offer
