This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom property is less than a mile from downtown and a short drive to the airport and Naval Air Station, making it the ideal spot for exploring the city. Guests will enter through the door located on the front porch and be welcomed into an open concept living room and kitchen. The apartment features a full kitchen, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make dining-in a breeze. Just off the kitchen, the bathroom boasts a beautiful clawfoot tub, and the generously sized bedroom comes fitted with a very comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for resting at the end of the day. The front porch is a great place to start your day or hang out while you grill. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Conveniently located in a residential neighborhood, this property is less than 1 mile from downtown, 5 miles from Pensacola International Airport, and 7 miles from Pensacola Naval Air Station. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. This is a duplex, and the back side of the house is also available to rent. There is a door that separates the two spaces in the bedroom that remains locked at all times unless both units are booked. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, and we are only a phone call away if needed during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are prohibited, and other events are permitted only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
