I will change the settings to accept them again if none of the people already scheduled to see the house is a good fit.* The street is South Westminster Ave. For some reason Zillow doesn't recognize that there's a South section that curves up to Business 54 S. The house is not on the college campus! Charming older two bedroom one bath home conveniently located. No pets. Hardwood floors, washer/dryer hookups in the mudroom, attached one car garage and space in the driveway for another car to park off the street. The bedroom closets are only average but there is a lot of storage, with an attached shed that spans the length of the garage and a large coat closet outside the mud/laundry room. It's an older home that is not wheelchair accessible. There are two steps up to the front door and one between the mudroom and the kitchen, with uneven ground near the back door. It's near an elementary school, with quick access to the highway, in biking distance to Stinson Trail, Memorial Park, or downtown. The neighbors are pleasant and the landlord is responsive. No animals. No smoking of anything in the building. The application includes a criminal background check, a credit check, and a rental history. Further information may be required. If you text for information, please include your full name and email address for ease of future communication. Upon signing the lease, the first and last month's rents plus the damage deposit are due. Monthly rent is collected automatically on the first of each month via ACH. The landlord's bank accepts the authorization form from the tenant and processes payments. For maintenance issues, promptly contact the landlord. No alterations to the home, including but limited to painting, shelving, lock changes or additions, or holes for cable or wiring, are allowed without prior approval in writing from the landlord. The front door has a door code that will be programmed with a unique number upon signing of the lease with proof that utilities have been switched into tenant's name. If the code is compromised or forgotten, contact the landlord to have it reprogrammed. There is no fee for that the first two times. A garage door opener and a key to the door between the utility room and kitchen will also be provided. If those are lost, the cost to replace the opener remote or change the door lock will be billed to the tenant. The tenant is not allowed to change or add door locks. Lawncare and snow removal are the responsibility of the tenant. Aim the mower discharge away from the house to avoid damaging the windows or the air conditioner. NO smoking inside the house or garage. NO animals are allowed. No toleration of criminal activity.
