Our community is located in the foothills of Mt Diablo where there are several hiking trails. Bicyclist enjoy traveling Morgan Territory Rd. to the Livermore area. About a mile farther, beyond us, Morgan Territory becomes one lane to Livermore. We have a community swimming pool with views of the Mt Diablo. There is no lifeguard on duty, and you swim at your own risk. There are tables and chairs around the pool to enjoy the outdoors. Located in the country, it is a peaceful setting, with privacy. We are a small community; we start with a six (6) month lease to be sure that the community functions peacefully. The landlord pays for water and trash. Renter pays for electricity and propane. The tenant furnishes their own internet, phone, and television services. We are in the foothills of Mt Diablo on the East side of the mountain. Located in the country, at times PG&E may shut off power due to weather conditions. If we have prior notice, we notify the renter. Situated in the country, there are few outdoor lights, there are wild animals: deer, squirrels, skunks, snakes, coyotes, raccoons, etc. We are a non-smoking community. Two vehicles are allowed with outside parking near the Unit.
