We are perfectly located just a few minutes from downtown Atascadero and the 101 freeway, making it a great launching pad for anywhere in Central California! We offer month-to-month leases but ask for at least a 3 month lease to start. Dogs are welcome for an additional $125 pet fee per month. Our minimum lease term is one month, and we require a $1000 deposit, which will be fully refunded after checkout, provided there are no damages to the property. 3-5 month lease - $1000 security deposit 6-11 month lease - $2000 security deposit 12+ month lease - $2500 security deposit Small dogs allowed for an extra $150/month.
