My husband and I lived here for 10 years and upgraded to live down the street. We love the proximity to campus and have enjoyed many long walks in the evening. The flooring was redone in Dec 2021, Shingles replaced March 9 2022, new garbage disposal 2022. We will be including the cost of internet and water is included in the cost of the rent. There is a gym that has been in the process of being remodeled available to the residents of that side. I have lived here through 10 years of "hurricanes" and never lost electricity. Security system through ADT. Limited to 2 small pets. Parking is in front of the town home on an asphalt lot. A $5 permit can be purchased at the start of your lease.
