Gas connection is still available if you prefer a gas stove) + new fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, LED lighting above kitchen sink. All appliances included in sale. -Tile countertops and backsplash re-grouted in kitchen -Main level bathroom remodel with beadboard, new shower head and faucet -Living room beams sanded and treated with teak oil -Added interior wall upstairs for bedroom privacy -New interior paint on the main floor and parts of upstairs and basement -Electric wall heaters installed in every bedroom -Old carpet removed from upstairs and basement bedrooms. Vinyl plank flooring installed in basement bedrooms. Temporary vinyl square flooring installed upstairs for short-term rental use.
