This is a very nice home in a safe neighborhood. We are professionals living together and our home is a safe space. This is 1 Room for 1 person for rent in a house with 3 other roommates. $1,600. 1 gig high speed internet. This is the nicest room in the house with big windows and great views. The entire house is beautiful and very well maintained with modern upgrades. The views from the front lanai are amazing and from the backyard you have panoramic views of Haleakala and the ocean. This is one of the best houses in the area. We also have a new amazing hot tub and infra red sauna. You will share the bottom floor with 2 female roommates. One is a 29 yr old male that is a successful engineer the works at Haleakala. He spends most of his time at his girlfriend's house. There is an extra 1/2 bath upstairs by the kitchen than can also be used by you. I am an environmental attorney. The other roommates and I are very easy going. We enjoy dinner parties, going to Iao Valley, playing music together, and enjoying the outdoors. The house is up the mountain enough to get amazing views and cooling trade winds. It is a short bike ride or car ride to Iao Valley and the north shore. I usually get a lot of people wanting to move in, so please tell me more about yourself if you reply. There could be some furniture if you need it.. bed and chair, ect. We also have a nice veggie garden. $1,600 plus 1/4 bills. no smoking in the house.
