Our house sleeps 12 adults or kids. Plus we have inflatables if you need more room. The Master Bedroom Suite offers a king-sized bed connected to a full sized bathroom and private den. Both the living room and master suite sport floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open out to a private, tranquil, and sunny outdoor deck where you can find quiet and relaxation in full sun or partial shade. The media room converts to a bedroom with a folding double bed. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, the larger with 2 double beds, the smaller with a queen. 3/4 bathroom is fully updated. Don't need all this room? We are happy to discount for smaller groups and families. For surfers and beach lovers we provide body boards and surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests for picnics. Pacific Palisades is an upscale yet family friendly community located off of PCH Pacific Coast Highway between Santa Monica and Malibu and is one of the finest residential areas of Los Angeles. Malibu with its world famous Surfrider Beach is just 15 minutes North by car. Enjoy the Santa Monica Mountains with scenic hiking trails overlooking the ocean with trailheads blocks away. Palisades Village is within less than 15 minutes walking (2-3 minutes driving) time and exclusive restaurants, cafes, parks and more.
