Kitchen has nice stove and refrigerator and a double sink. A large pantry/storage closet is at the edge of the kitchen. The full bath is a combination tub/shower unit. A shared laundry is provided in the basement for our renters convenience. The renter pays their own electricity , the landowner pays water and sewer. Landlord requires a 12 month lease. No pets and no smoking on any of the property, inside or outside. The landlords are awesome! Give us a call and come see this great apartment! Prospective tenant must provide $35 to run credit check before I will consider renting the apartment. Absolutely NO Smoking in apartment or on the premises...anywhere!! If caught, tenant or company, you will be evicted!! No pets I have a 79 yr old living next door and 100 yr old living in the apartment across the sidewalk, so I have to be very careful that who ever I rent to is not a partier, loud, or have loud music. I have 6 apartments next to each other, so making sure everyone is respectful of others space and considerate is a must. I require first and last month rent and a deposit($1,475). Tenant puts the electric in their name (usually runs $25 to $40 per month) . It is a one bedroom, so will only accommodate 2 people max.
