This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced, and no speakers or sound systems are provided. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
