It consists of 38 units in four historic, renovated buildings. 519 Virginia Street has six 2BR/2BA units and two 2BR/1BA units. 20 St. Louis Place has fifteen 1BR/1BA units. 18 St. Louis Place has six 1BR/1BA units and one 2BR/1BA unit. 14 St. Louis Place has eight 1BR/1BA units. All units have in unit laundry and dedicated hot water tanks and heating. Units in 519 Virginia have central AC. All other apartments can easily accommodate a window AC unit. TOURS Tours are available by appointment only on weekdays during regular business hours with some exceptions. There are no model units. Therefore, all tours are scheduled. Street parking is available on St. Louis, Virginia, Pearl & Main Streets. Some is metered and some free. Available off street lot next door via third party contract at $100/month. We are cat friendly! One pet max. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300. One year lease is typical. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit equals one month's rent and is due at lease signing.
