It would be unfurnished and rent would be $955/ month. There would be a one-time $400 move-in fee. (~500 sq ft with a HUGE walk-in closet that is great for storage!) Great location. 400 meters from the lakefront and 600 meters from a grocery store and Broadway - which has great shops and restaurants! I have loved living here and am sadly moving away for a job out-of-state!
