Nice and quiet area and apartment. Studio apartment, landlord pays for water, sewage, trash. Tenant pays for electric ( which was never over $35 even during the winter). Right next to queen street train station, quick ride into the city. Laundry on site. Small room off main room for storage or a very large closet. I will leave the microwave for the new tenant. Parking is on the street which I've never had any problems finding. Deposit includes 1st months rent.
