House has 2 living rooms, a large kitchen w/ island and dishwasher, central a/c and heat, washer/dryer in back laundry room area and a full sized back yard. Also a squat rack w/ weights in the garage, an orange tree, and some raised beds in the back yard. fiber internet The house is half a block from a supermarket/restaurants and a couple other commercial areas nearby with more restaurants and bars. Very close to the 805, near the 5 and 163 and Kearny Mesa. Common areas are fully furnished but if you have your own furniture we can figure it out. **Utilities not included (Water, Power, Gas, Internet) - so far been running under $100/month** Looking for mid 20s-mid 30s professional, steady paycheck. No drama, not a huge partier, generally clean (or wants to contribute to getting a housekeeper). About us: 30s male and 20s female. I'm (30s male) a software engineer and work from home about half the time, the rest at the office. I'm not a huge partier, half extrovert half introvert. Big nerd, into beer/cocktails, foodie. I'm friendly and open to becoming friends with roommates/hanging out sometimes, but significant interaction not required. Other roommate (she/her, who you'd be sharing a bathroom with) works pretty early/somewhat irregular hours and is also friendly but is usually doing her own thing, though has been beautifying the house with lots of plants. I'm in the primary bedroom which is on the other side of the house from the other 3 bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms being rented in the other wing don't share any walls with each other. The specific bedroom for rent is the one in the middle of the house, it doesn't have great light FYI (it's window looks into a very sunny laundry/patio area). Prioritizing the right fit but the room is available now.
