Wonderful 4 bedroom 2 full 2 half bath home for rent in the popular Brierwood Golf Club neighborhood. Extra large lot on fairway with fenced yard & no extremely close neighbors. Only neighbors on 1 side, wooded lot on other side & in front, fairway to the back. Large shed with power (no heat or a/c though) so it is absolutely perfect for a workshop. Garage has tons of storage as does the crawl space under the house (also has electricity down there). Duel heat pumps for the upstairs & down, electric fireplace & stunning granite countertops in the kitchen. Poctures are from when we purchased the property. There have been some changes. Cabinets in kitchen have been redone, main bath, 2 bedrooms & upstairs have been painted. But since in process of moving I was NOT going to post with the boxes literally everywhere! Last 3 pics show some of the changes Owner pays trash, tenets responsible for rest of utilities. Water is Shallotte, internet & cable is ATMC (sadly only option) & power is BEMC. $200 per pet deposit.
