Express bus takes you about 20 minutes to the Port Authority in NYC. 5 minute-driving to Costco, Walmart, Shoprite, and H mart. 10 minute-driving to shopping malls, Garden State Plaza, Bergen Outlet, American Dream. 10 minute-walking to the elementary & middle school. 10 minute-walking to the playground with the dog park. This is the rent for a walk-out basement unit (not the whole house). There are separate meters for water and electricity. Renter should set up water and electricity account for usage. No smoking inside the unit. No dogs or cats. Every year the rent amount goes up by 3%. There is a $50 contract registration fee, which is not refundable.
