First and last month's rent will be due upon signing the lease. No realtor fee! Heat and hot water utilities are included! However, that means that electricity, internet, etc., are the responsibility of the tenant. The bottom half of the driveway is available for your use, with parking included in the rent. (The top half is covered in an urban garden.) You also get all the advantages of living in Porter Square: easy access to the T, great nearby restaurants, coffee shops, Star Market down the next block, book store in the neighborhood, multiple dry cleaner and laundromat options, Whole Foods within a mile of the house, etc. This apartment is in the city's Small Business Overlay District, so a small business could legally be operated out of your home.
