This quiet garden cottage is located in the heart of downtown Napa Valley. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, live music and local sites. The cottage is fully furnished to meet all of your needs while visiting the valley. The kitchen is stocked with a gas stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster over, Keurig-style coffee maker with refillable filter and a filtered water pitcher. We like to make sure that our guests are happy in our quirky little guest house. This is a fully furnished unit so we don't expect guests to stay longer than a few months - but we are open to discuss if you fall in love with it (it is pretty lovable). This property is non-smoking (which includes vaping). We do not allow pets on property either. Utilities are included in this property. Street Parking only. Please do not park in our driveway or block our driveway or any neighbors.
