Freeville Cottages is a brand new tiny home community in the heart of downtown Freeville. The twelve cottages are nestled between the trees along a cul-de-sac right off Main Street. Each cottage has in unit washer and dryer and brand new kitchens with stainless steal appliances. The available unit has 1 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a loft. The cottage is available for a 12 month lease with option to renew. In addition to rent tenants pay for gas, electricity and wifi. We are pet friendly and charge no additional fees for pets. In order to rent with us, potential tenants must fill out an application and pay the $45 fee for the soft credit check. A security deposit of one months rent is due at signing.
