This is an apartment on the 2nd level with a spacious bathroom and 2 BR. The master bedroom is large with exposed wood beams and carpet. Partly furnished with a reclining couch, queen bed frame and dining room table available if desired. Electrical fireplace makes the living room nice and cozy. Beautiful french doors separate living room and dining room. Heat and water included. Private washer and dryer (new GE). Ample parking in driveway, and no parking bans on the street. Tenants must show proof and income. Tenants must be respectful of the fact that they are on the second floor and sound travels between floors. For this reason it is not the best option for families with young kids.
