Original home built for Manager of the Chase Bag Factory circa 1941 and was a Cape Cod design. When we purchased the property in 1976, we expanded the existing house using Collins & Rimer architects. The expansion added a new wing to the house, and included a book room, enclosed back porch, back and front patios, grand staircase to second floor, two new bedrooms and one new complete bath.
