Hello there, I am a PhD graduate of UCSB and am currently doing a postdoctoral fellowship. I'm searching for a roommate for the second room in my beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Goleta (5 minutes drive / 15 minutes of bike ride from UCSB and Goleta Beach), starting March 1st (potentially open to move in a little later, till the end of March). The apartment and the room are fully furnished, bright, clean, and spacious, with a small patio and garden. The apartment is part of a beautiful, luxurious complex with swimming pools, jacuzzis, a gym, a jogging trail, laundry rooms, and A lot of free parking is also available in the complex. The rent for the room is approximately $2160 (plus utilities). I am looking for a housemate who wants to stay here until the end of April or May (or possibly later). I am currently in the process of applying for jobs, and I may be able to stay for a few more months. If that interests you and you would like to stay longer, we can discuss that as well. Also, dates may be a little flexible, so let me know what works best for you.
