The smaller bedroom is 11 x 9 and could be used as an office or as a bedroom. I have been asked if it would fit a full/queen size bed, which it would, but probably not a full/queen bed and a bureau as well. ~Full Bathroom ~Large Tiled Storage Room (better than an attic!) There are 2 off street parking spaces in your own driveway with a private sitting area for grilling, etc. There are hardwood floors throughout. There are newer windows, and the home is fully insulated. The apartment is in immaculate condition. Again, this is our home so we try to take very good care of it. There is free rubbish removal and recycling at curbside weekly. Security Deposit plus first month's rent -- No other fees! No Pets and No smoking ~ Thank you!! Owners pay for electricity. Tenant pays for heat and hot water.
