Renter pays utilities, but happy to leave them in our name if easier. No smoking on the property. Very easy street parking, permitted. Off-street parking available from May-October and otherwise in a pinch. Add'l rent/deposit required for pet (we are open to one well-behaved, friendly around children dog).
