Will pay a lump sum directly to the renter. 675 square foot light, bright, south-facing corner unit for rent. enjoy light all day, summer or winter. on the 4th floor of a small, 5 story building. these pictures were taken in the early morning, so the light gets even better as the day goes on. chill neighbors & landlord. never had any issues with noise complaints or hearing much noise from other units. highlights include: - secure FOB entry - covered, secure garage parking - share amenities with the newer building next door that is the same property management company so can utilize secure amazon hub locker for package receipt, common room, & huge rooftop deck with a gas bbq grill, lounge & dining areas, & an amazing 360 view of rainier, the space needle, & the waterfront (this is my favorite part) - dishwasher (other favorite part) - big living room closet for storage - shared laundry on every floor, so only a few steps away from the unit - personal balcony - pet friendly (if a dog, need to submit for review i believe) - quiet north capitol hill neighborhood walking distance from volunteer park - within 3 blocks from QFC, Broadway, bus lines, the Capitol Hill library, UPS, & FedEx - 10 min walk from the Capitol Hill Light Rail station my situation has changed with COVID-19 & i'm looking to end my lease early. have loved living in this apartment - very relaxed, convenient location, spacious & good amenities for the price. think you will like it too! let me know if you have any questions. thank you. w/s/g & utility costs are through the renter's portal & haven't exceed $50 for me while living here. secure garage parking is available for i believe $50 but i don't have a car so i'm not 100%. building is pet friendly. smoking policy is no smoking, your average situation.
