Well kept home, recently updated in a very safe and crime free area. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is laid back and very peaceful. Harvey is a great town to raise a family, the schools here are great and the kid's are very well behaved. The homes here are very well kept and the lawns are beautiful. If you think of the town of "Mayberry" from the Andy Griffith show, than Harvey is the perfect example of small town living. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I would say that if you are looking for "paradise" than this would be it. With a population of just under 2000 Harvey has all the things a big city would have, including a bowling alley and movie cinema as well as a 18 hole golf course country and club.
