Pet fees: If the owner of the property allows pets, a designated "non-refundable" pet fee of $250 is required per pet. Resident will also be responsible for any damage caused by pets. Aggressive breed dogs or dogs that have shown a previous aggressive behavior are not allowed under any circumstance. Cause for or subject to automatic rejection of applicants: 1. Prior eviction 2. Felony conviction or conviction of the manufacturing, possession or distribution of any controlled substance. 3. Falsifying application. 4. Debt owed to previous landlord. 5.
