This 1 BR, 1Bath house is on Missoula's old Northside 2 blocks from the KettleHouse Brewery, near the walking bridge over the railroad tracks. It's small, but has a lot of character, and attracts renters easily. I've rented it for $725/month for about 5 years, and have been renting it since 2002. I just put it up for rent and am looking for renters to sign a lease a potential buyer will uphold, but it hasn't been rented yet, so a buyer has options. I will not carry a contract on this property.
